Condition is what you would typically expect from a 20+ year old property. Needs some updates. He is wanting to move out ASAP and has spoken to three other people like us that do cash offers. He’s been in the home since 2002 so he’s got a lot of equity so it might make sense for him since he wants to go back to Panama. He didn’t want to list it because he was planning on doing it on his own as a FSBO if he doesn’t get a cash offer. As far as what he’s looking for, he wouldn’t give me that information….he just said if it makes sense he would do it. We have it comped between 625k to 640K.
